Q. What kind of plan is this?
A. DentaCard has teamed up with DenteMax to provide this Discount Dental Plan that uses the DenteMax network of dentists. All network dental offices have agreed to use these discounted fees as payment in full, creating amazing savings for our plan members. This program is not insurance.
Each dentist in our network signed a contract with us and attached to the contract was a list of nearly each and every dental procedure and a special price they agreed to. When you become a member simply show your membership card and you’ll pay the special contracted price instead of their usual price. That’s how discount dental plans work! The dentists have agreed to this in exchange for being promoted in our network and our website. To see what the contracted price is just click on “Find a Dentist” and enter your zip code, you’ll see next to each dentist’s name you can click the “see savings” link for that exact dentist. Use your membership card to receive the discounted pricing, plans are active the same day you sign up!
Q. How do I use the plan?
A. Present your Membership ID# to any participating dentist. Instead of paying the dentist’s usual fee you’ll pay the discounted fee instead! Typical member savings are 20-40% off!
Q. How long until I can see the dentist after joining and how long does it take to receive my membership card?
A. Immediately after you sign up you’ll receive an email with your ID number for immediate use.
Q. Who is included under the family dental plan?
A. All permanent residents of the members household are included. When signing up there is an area to enter all the family members names to be included. Your membership information will list all family members you enter when signing up.
Q. How many times can I use the plan?
A. You can use the plan over and over again to save on every visit for you and your entire family! There is no limit on how many times you can use the plan!
Q. Can I nominate my dentist if they are not in your network?
A. Of course, a representative will contact your dentist to begin the credentialing process. Email us to refer your dentist.
Q. What if I want to change my dentist?
A. With a large network of dental providers changing your dentist is as simple as picking one from our extensive network and making an appointment You can change dentists at any time!
Q. Do I need a referral to see a specialist?
A. You can visit any participating specialist without a referral!
Q. Can I just use the plan for orthodontics?
A. Yes, orthodontics is one of the many reasons people purchase our plan.
Q. How do I pay my Membership Fee?
A. Sign up online and have your membership information immediately emailed instantly. Pay a one time annual rate of just $89.95/year for individuals or $129.95/year for families. Simply sign up through this website or over the phone.

A. This plan has assembled one of the largest networks of dental providers in the nation, and we are continually adding to this base. These dentists are well established, with successful dental practices.
Q. Can I use the plan with ongoing dental problems?
A. Yes! Everyone qualifies regardless of existing problems, age, or past history!
